How do I find my size?

Use our size chart. Find your bra size (for example, 34B) and read your insert size from S to 3XL. Not sure? Message us, and we'll help you choose.

How do I put them on?

Put on your top, peel off the clear film and press the insert onto the inside of the fabric, not your skin. Gently scoop your bust up and toward the centre, press firmly to secure, and check in the mirror that both sides look even.

Will they stay in place?

The double-sided adhesive is made to hold the insert securely in your top. A fitted top works best. How well it holds can vary with your outfit and activity. If the grip weakens, wash it and let it dry fully.
